We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. Just tell us whether you want a replacement, exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will refund or apply the amount towards an exchange or replacement. Please remember that we cannot refund or apply shipping costs.
It is very important that you notify us with two business days if your urn has arrived damaged. We will file the claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement; however, we must hear from you in within 48 hours.
