We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. Just tell us whether you want a replacement, exchange or a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will refund or apply the amount towards an exchange or replacement. Please be advised that our return policy cannot be applied shipping costs. We know losing a pet is very difficult and we want to facilitate everything involving the aftercare of your pet so you do not need to be burdened any further.
Along with shipping cost refunds, please keep in mind our return policy can not be used to return, exchange, or refund the following urns:
- Urns that have been engraved
- Urns that have been filled
- Urns damaged or tampered with by customer
- Urns that have not been returned within 30 days
To prevent any issues and take full advantage of our refund policy, it is very important that you notify us within two business days if your urn has arrived damaged. In the event you have received a damaged urn, we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement; however, we must hear from you in within 48 hours.
